The Berkeley-Haas MBA Diversity Workshop 2014

Welcome to the Berkeley MBA Diversity Workshop!

We are proud to invite you to this year’s Diversity Workshop, which is designed to showcase the remarkable diversity of the Berkeley MBA program and the talent of its students.

The workshop will informally kick off on Friday, September 18 with a networking reception and happy hour from 6:00PM to 8:00PM in Downtown San Francisco.

On Saturday, September 19 we’ll go from 8:00AM to 5:00PM on the Berkeley-Haas campus. You will learn about all three Berkeley MBA programs: Full-Time, Evening & Weekend, and Executive. You will have an opportunity to speak with current students and alumni who are eager to share their experiences about Haas. You will hear advice from members of the Admissions Committee and learn about the resources available to Haas students through the Career Management Group.

You will also be able attend your choice of two of the following panel sessions which showcase the diversity of our community and curriculum: Women in Leadership, Veterans in Business, Diversity in Management, The Consortium, LGBTQ Individuals in the Workplace, Financing Your Education, International Business Development, Social Impact & Non-Profit and Entrepreneurship. Plus, our student leaders will facilitate an interactive workshop exploring diversity in business.

Additional details, including a tentative agenda and day-of logistics, can be found on our Diversity Workshop page or by reviewing our FAQs. If you are traveling from outside the Bay Area and require lodging, we recommend the Bancroft Hotel, Hotel Durant or Hotel Shattuck Plaza due to their proximity to campus. You may want to inquire about a UC Berkeley discounted rate which is sometimes available.
